Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet us until after you hire us. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor us by permitting us to inspect your new home, we guarantee that we will give you our very best effort. This we promise you.
Georgia Integrity's experienced inspectors have international certifications in home inspecting and combined experience in construction and low voltage of +12 years. Each year requires 20 hours of continuing education, but our philosophy is excellence, so we do over 50 hours of CE per year. Our history is not only about leaving a legacy, but also starting well. We are a Christian grounded debt free company that tithes.
Meet our Founder and Operations Inspector
As an internationally certified home inspector, Jonathan Holland started this company with the belief that integrity solves everything in business. He believes we do not have customers. Customers buy a product. We have clients because clients build relationships and get attention even after the sale.
Mr. Holland constantly repeats one mission: protect the client, protect the client, protect the client! We accomplish this mission by providing the most thorough inspection and report, ensure no surprises, and always with maximum integrity in mind. Mr. Holland understands our industry, clientele, and market.
He is happily married with 2 boys. Mr. Holland has spent 10 years in the US Air Force and 5 in the US Army including one combat tour. Prior to that, he has spent 9 years in real estate and low voltage. He takes time to work with other firms closely. Mr. Holland leads by example by completing over 50 hours of continuing education each year in order to stay on top of the issues related to home inspections.
